Lester’s Custom Truck Shop: selling refurb 148s without power cords?

This one I saw but thought nothing of it at first until it was submitted by a reader. And this reader has a point. Why would you sell refurbished radios without a $7 power cord? He acts in the videos like he can’t add power cords or doesn’t have power cords. Or he is just too cheap to add a power cord? Either way it’s a really crappy thing to do to sell a radio as “refurbished” without at least the minimum to get it working. This is supposed to be a radio dealer and tech. You can’t work out a way to include a power cord?

Come on. A cheap Workman cord costs me $7 on Amazon. And that’s rounded up. Add $10 to the price or something but damn what a cheapskate. How about using less hot glue on the next dozen or so radios to make up for it?
